Voyage Control Booking Requirement:
All vehicles requiring access to the loading bay for unloading during build-up must book a dedicated loading slot prior to arrival.
Please book your loading slots via the
Voyage Control Booking System.

Unloading Slots:
Due to tight municipal space constraints surrounding the Business Design Centre, the last unloading slot begins strictly at
17:30. No exceptions can be made for arrivals after this time.

Strict Working Window:
All building, dressing, and stand preparations must end promptly at
19:00. There is no late working permitted at the venue.
