1. Delivery Guidelines
|
Build-Up: Thursday 8 October 2026
|

Important Delivery Warnings:
• The organisers are unable to accept deliveries on behalf of exhibitors.
• Any courier deliveries made directly to the venue without a stand representative present are not guaranteed to be delivered to the correct location.
• Deliveries cannot be made prior to the start of build-up on Thursday 8 October 2026. The venue will reject any early shipments.

On-Site Representation Required: All exhibitors must ensure that a designated representative of their company is physically on-site to receive, check, and sign for deliveries.

Exhibitor Delivery Labelling: If you are planning to deliver products to the show, please label all items clearly with the complete address block shown below.

Unmanned Stands: Please note that the organiser shall not accept responsibility for any goods delivered to unmanned or unstaffed stands.

2. Official Lifting & Logistics Contractor
|
If an exhibitor is unable to be on-site on Thursday 8 October to receive courier deliveries, the official lifting and freight forwarding contractor will take receipt of your goods and deliver them directly to your stand for an additional handling charge.

3. Delivery Vehicle Unloading Slots
|
All exhibitors and contractors bringing vehicles to the Business Design Centre for build-up, who want to load or unload a vehicle on-site, must pre-book a scheduled loading window using the Voyage Control Booking System.

Speed of Unloading: Please assist other exhibitors and traffic marshals by ensuring your delivery vehicles are unloaded quickly and removed from the active loading bays immediately.

Co-operate with Marshals: Ask your team, drivers, and stand-builders to co-operate fully with the vehicle traffic marshals on-site at all times.
