Strict Working Hours Policy:
Please note that late working is strictly prohibited. All exhibitors and contractors must complete tasks and finish working by 19:00.

Keep Gangways Clear: During show build-up, all gangways must be kept entirely clear of exhibits, packaging, and stand-fitting materials to assist movement around the hall by other exhibitors and our service providers.
|

Stand Construction Power: Initial power onto stands is activated as soon as possible. However, electricity will not be available for stand construction by contractors at the start of build-up unless a temporary supply has been specifically ordered via the official electrical contractor.

Exhibitor Drinks Reception
Join us in the Exhibition Hall on Friday evening for networking. The hall will remain open to exhibitors until the reception concludes and the venue closes.

Daily Stand Power Rules: Main electricity is terminated each night exactly 30 minutes after the show closes. If you require 24-hour power, this must be requested directly in advance through the official electrical contractor.

Late Morning Orders Warning: Contractors cannot guarantee delivery or setup before open for any furniture, electricity, or stand fittings ordered late on the morning of Thursday 8 October. Outstanding items will be fitted at the earliest opportunity, or by the following morning.

Contractual Compliance Requirement:
It is an absolute contractual requirement that stands are not dismantled in any way, and remain fully manned and stocked until the show closes at 16:00. Contractors are only permitted into the hall once visitors have cleared.

Security of Valuables: Remove all portable and high-value items from your stand immediately as breakdown commences on Saturday evening. Never leave your stand unattended during this period. The organisers accept no responsibility for unattended property.

Shell Scheme Dismantling: The official show contractors will begin dismantling shell scheme structures as soon as safe and clear of exhibitor display materials. Any items left unattended on stands after 18:00 on Saturday 10 October may be moved to allow dismantling to proceed.

Waste Removal: You are contractually responsible for clearing all stand materials, carpet tape, excess literature, packaging, and waste from the hall.
|

Strict Disposal Deadlines & Charges:
- Any items left unattended in the halls after 20:00 on Saturday 10 October will be treated as rubbish and discarded.
- Exhibitors and contractors responsible for remaining waste after 20:00 will be issued direct removal charges.
