Contractual Attendance Requirement:
It is an absolute contractual requirement that stands are not dismantled in any way, and remain fully manned and stocked until the show closes at 16:00. Contractors will only be granted access into the hall once visitors have cleared the floor. All staff working on the stand during the open period are requested to comply with these timings.

Strict Hall Clearance - 20:00
The exhibition hall must be completely clear of all exhibits, materials, and waste by 20:00 on Saturday 10 October 2026.
Any items remaining in the hall after this deadline will be treated as rubbish and discarded. Exhibitors and contractors responsible for remaining waste will be issued direct removal charges.

Shell Scheme Dismantling: Please note that the official show contractors will begin dismantling shell scheme stands as soon as they are clear of display material, and it is deemed safe to do so. Any items left unattended on stands after 18:00 on Saturday 10 October may be moved to allow dismantling to proceed.

Security of Valuables: For reasons of security, all exhibitors are strongly advised to remove all portable and valuable items from their stand as soon as possible on the Saturday evening of breakdown and not to leave their stand unattended until all such items are clear. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any item left unattended at any time.

Waste Removal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to remove ALL stand fitting materials, carpet tape, packaging, excess literature, and waste from the hall.
