To comply with clause 10 of the Terms and Conditions included in the stand contract, exhibitors may not assign, sub-let, grant licences, or otherwise permit any person to occupy an exhibitor's stand space in respect of the whole or any part of the stand space allotted to them.

Third-Party Articles: Exhibitors may not exhibit, offer for sale, give as a premium, or advertise articles not manufactured or sold in their own name, except where such articles are required for the proper demonstration or operation of an exhibitor's display. In this case, identification of such articles shall be limited to the regular nameplate, imprint, or other identification which in standard practice appears normally on them.

Conducting Business: An exhibitor may not permit non-exhibiting companies' representatives to conduct business on its stand space. Exhibits must be solely for the purpose of promoting an exhibitor's products or services and shall not be used for other business purposes.

Co-Exhibitor Partner Fees
If you would like to have your business partner join your stand, there is a compulsory co-exhibitor fee of £1,000 + VAT per co-exhibitor.
