Exhibitor Information
Key guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Cleaning
Floors are cleaned before opening and throughout the event. Please keep gangways clear overnight. Any items left behind will be removed and disposed of by our cleaning team.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own bulk waste. Disposal charges for surplus materials will be passed on to the exhibitor.
Cloakrooms
A secure cloakroom service is available at the venue throughout the exhibition open days. The cost for this service is £2.00 per item.
First Aid
Your safety is our priority. In the first instance, please contact the Organisers Office on +44 (0) 782 469 55261. Alternatively, notify any member of the security team who will arrange immediate assistance.
Lost Property
Found items should be taken to the Organisers Office during the event. After breakdown, items will be held by the venue for one week. Unclaimed property remaining after this period will be disposed of.

Need support on-site? The Organisers Office is conveniently located adjacent to the main exhibition hall. Our team is on hand to help with any queries or issues throughout the event.
Trolleys
Please remember to bring your own trolley, as none are available on-site. Please be aware that porters and trolleys are restricted from entering the hall during the show open period.
